Luis Ubiñas is a Director in McKinsey & Company’s San Francisco Office. He leads McKinsey's Media Practice on the West Coast, focusing on working with media, telecommunications and technology companies undergoing major change. Luis’ work for media companies has been marketing and operations- focused. He has worked with leading local and national newspapers, the leading cable companies and many of the innovative technology comapnies reshaping the media landscape. Luis is extensively involved in community activities, serving on the Boards of the Steppingstone Foundation and Leadership Education and Development, both of which provide educational opportunities to low income, high talent students. He has an A.B. in government, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, and an M.B.A. (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School.
